ABOUT.SYSTEM

I build across the complete product stack.

From interface and API design to databases, integrations, and AI-powered workflows, I like building systems that are practical, reliable, and useful in the hands of real teams.

BIO.LOG

Product-minded engineering with systems depth

I'm Ashish Sarmah, a full-stack developer from Assam, India, with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Tezpur University. I work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, AI workflows, and integrations to build practical production systems for real businesses.

I'm Ashish Sarmah, a full-stack developer focused on production-ready web platforms, SaaS tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered product experiences. My work spans responsive frontend interfaces, backend APIs, GraphQL and REST integrations, authentication, databases, cloud deployment, and LLM-based workflows.

I've worked remotely with engineering teams and client-facing product teams across legal-tech, entrepreneurship assessment, service CRM, inventory management, and university placement operations. My background in Electronics and Communication Engineering shaped the way I think about systems, while product work taught me how to move quickly across layers without losing clarity.

ENGINEERING.PHILOSOPHY

How I like to approach product development

These principles show up consistently in the systems I build and the tradeoffs I make.

01

Build complete systems

I like working across product layers so the interface, API, data model, and integrations land as one cohesive experience.

02

Keep workflows usable

Business software should feel clear even when the logic underneath is operationally complex.

03

Make APIs dependable

Clean contracts, predictable data handling, authentication, and observability make products easier to ship and maintain.

04

Use AI with purpose

LLM workflows should produce structured, useful outcomes instead of feeling like an isolated demo feature.

05

Ship production-ready features

Implementation quality includes debugging, edge cases, teamwork, and getting the last 20% across the line.
